Preliminary Quote

Once you have sent us your query, asking for either further information or a personal quote, you will be assigned a Patient Information Center advisor, who will be contacting you by Telephone or E-mail (within 24 hours after making your request).

The advisor will update you with all the details and information concerning procedures and physicians we work with. Subsequently, he will also prepare and send you a preliminary quotation of the "medical trip" suited to meet your needs.

We will begin to work with and for you answering your questions and addressing your concerns from the moment you contact us. You'll also receive a wealth of pertinent information document which will allow you to make a suitable decision regarding your medical trip. And if you decide to move on, we'll help you in every step of the way.

You'll also be able to have a conference call with the doctor, if needed and talk about your particular case. For many medical procedures, the doctor will need to get your transcripts, MRIs, x-rays, photos, etc. You'll also be asked to fill in a medical preoperative form. As a result of this, you'll receive your final personal quote according to your specific case and needs.

Terms of Payments, reservation and confirmation of Med Trip

Our consultant will let you know about our payment options (Western Union or Bank Transfer) and our financing alternatives for you to choose the way that suits you best.
After your consultation process is completed and the physician confirms that you are fit to undergo the procedure, you will be assigned an approximate date for the medical trip. The date and reservations will be set according to your convenience. A down payment of a 30% of the cost of the requested medical package would be required in order to reserve and confirm your medical trip.

At this point your case moves on to the Patient Care Center, where confirmed patients are assisted by an advisor of the area. The trip will be confirmed once the initial deposit is made and the date is set. However, this could be re-arranged if needed. Your patient Care Center advisor will help you find and set things according to your possible traveling dates.

We plan and coordinate your medical trip

One of our Patients Care Centre advisors will make the hotel / apartment reservations, assign the personal assistants and arrange the transfer services. Worthymed will send the schedule prepare specifically for you.

You may be asked to send us additional pictures before your trip, according to your medical examination and depending on the procedure.

Once the second payment or remaining balance is credited a month before your trip, all the proper arrangements will be set for your arrival. We will provide you with information about our city, weather and any other tourist tips you may need before travelling,

Welcome meeting

In your selected destination, one of our personal assistants will welcome you and will be taking you to your hotel or apartment in a private car.

You'll have a welcome meeting with your Patients Care Centre advisor at our office. At this moment, you'll receive a fully detailed schedule of your medical trip, information about the procedure and additional tourist tips. You'll learn about further details of your medical trip and you can always count on your advisors to meet your needs.

"Pre-Ops and First Consultation"

You will have your medical examinations done according to your treatment and your face to face first consultation with the doctor prior to the requested surgery.

You will have a meeting with our specialist at a pre-arranged date and time which will allow you to communicate and express your expectation on the procedure to be performed. The doctor will give you a feedback and support accordingly.

You will also be informed that very same day if the procedures will take place in more than one surgical act, depending of course, on the amount of surgeries requested and taking in consideration what’s best for the patient.

Pre-Surgical procedure and Surgery Date

Once the pre surgical tests are done and had your first consultation with the specialist, you will get the desired procedure done. We will take and escort you to the clinic and make sure you feel relaxed at all times.

We accompany you after the surgery and during your recovery

The first few days after surgery are the most important ones. It is extremely important for you to get the adequate rest.

Usually, 2 to 4 post-surgical appointments will be necessary for the surgeon to check on your general condition and make sure that you are healing properly. The stitches will be removed during the final consultation and the doctor will give you a medical certificate for you to return to your country.

After recovering and the surgeon is pleased with your progress, you will be discharged and have the doctor’s approval to enjoy some of the interesting attractions our city offers before you go back home.

We take care of you in every step of the way

You will be taken and escorted to the International Airport on your departure date and you will finally be on your way home. But our commitment doesn't end there. Your patient Care Center Advisor will keep in touch with you for follow ups even after you returned to your country and will continue to assists you and answer questions regarding your recovery.
